Race Guidelines & Registration

The race will start at 10:00 a.m. There will be two waves. The 50 milers will start first followed shortly thereafter by the 28 milers. You must start in the correct wave. We will separate you at the starting line this year to avoid any confusion.

ANSI/Snell approved bicycle helmets are required.

This is an open road race course with vehicle traffic. You must follow the Michigan Vehicle Code. Cycling road rules apply. You must stop at all stop signs, always yield to the right-away, do not cross the center-line of the road and ride no more than two abreast. Violators will be disqualified.

We have added junior classes to the 28 mile race. See BikeReg for all age classifications.

Entry fees:

5/1/2012 through 10/22/2012

$35.00 for individuals and $40.00 for tandems

10/22/2012 through Thursday 10/25/2012

$40.00 for individuals and $45.00 for tandems

Race day registration will be available between 7:30 and 9:00 a.m.

Race day entry fees are as follows:

$45.00 for individuals and $50.00 for tandems

BikeReg registration closes at 11:45 p.m. on Thursday 10/25/2012. No mail-ins.

No license required.
